1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ScribeLab Writer website at scribelabwriter.com, creating an account, or placing an order for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vetiver Intel, the legal entity that owns and operates ScribeLab Writer ("we," "our," or "us"). ScribeLab Writer is a registered brand name of Vetiver Intel.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Who We Are

ScribeLab Writer is a professional research writing and evidence synthesis consultancy. We are a team of credentialed researchers, methodologists, and specialists located across the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and Australia.

We provide research writing and evidence synthesis support to researchers, clinicians, and doctoral students worldwide. Our services are provided as methodological, analytical, and writing support tools to assist clients in their research and professional development.

We serve clients across more than 30 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, France, the Netherlands, India, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, and internationally.

3.2 Levels Served

All services listed above are available to Master's, doctoral, and professional researchers unless otherwise specified. Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and scoping reviews are available to Master's and doctoral researchers only.

3.3 Intended Use

All services are provided as methodological, analytical, and writing support. Completed work is intended to support the client's research process and professional development. Clients agree to use completed work in compliance with the policies of their institution, funding body, or publisher. Our role is designed to be disclosed in the acknowledgment section of any resulting publication, consistent with ICMJE contributor guidelines.

ScribeLab Writer operates in accordance with ICMJE and COPE ethical standards for professional research support. We bear no responsibility for how clients choose to use the materials provided.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion, including projects we believe are intended to violate research integrity rules, projects that contain content we find ethically objectionable, or projects for service types not listed in Section 3.1.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

4.1 Eligibility

To place an order with ScribeLab Writer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a current researcher, clinician, or postgraduate student
  • Have a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and order information

4.2 Account Registration

You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, notifying us immediately at info@scribelabwriter.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, and ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

4.3 Account Restrictions

One account is permitted per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual may be merged or suspended. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, or attempt to abuse our services or payment systems.

5. Payment and Pricing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are calculated based on the service type selected, the project complexity and scope, the word count or quantity required, and the deadline selected during the order process.

Prices displayed on our pricing page are indicative base rates and serve as a starting point. Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity, length, and specific requirements of your project. We are always open to discussion. Prices are confirmed and fixed at checkout and will not change after payment is received.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payment is required in full before work begins on your project. All payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your card details at any point. Transactions will appear on your bank or PayPal statement as VETIVER INTEL.

A payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. Please retain this as proof of purchase.

5.3 Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the client based on their jurisdiction. ScribeLab Writer does not add sales tax or VAT to orders unless required by applicable law.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in USD. If you are paying from a country that uses a different currency, your bank or PayPal will apply the applicable exchange rate. ScribeLab Writer is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering work that meets your agreed specifications. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions.

6.1 Eligible for a Full Refund

  • We are unable to find a suitable qualified specialist for your order within the agreed timeframe
  • The completed work is materially and significantly different from the specifications provided in your original instructions
  • The order was not delivered by the agreed deadline and you no longer require the work

6.2 Eligible for a Partial Refund

The order is cancelled after work has commenced, at our discretion, based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.

6.3 Not Eligible for a Refund

  • You change your mind after work has commenced on your order
  • The completed work meets your stated requirements but you are dissatisfied with the overall quality; in this case a free revision will be offered in accordance with Section 6.4
  • You provided incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient instructions and the work was completed based on the information supplied
  • The order has already been delivered and downloaded
  • You have violated these Terms of Service
  • The dissatisfaction relates to academic outcome, grade, or assessment result, as we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes

6.4 Free Revisions

If the completed work meets your stated specifications but does not satisfy your quality expectations, you are entitled to request one free revision within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must be accompanied by specific, detailed feedback identifying what needs to be changed and why. Revisions that amount to a new or significantly changed brief may be treated as a new order.

6.5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@scribelabwriter.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your Order ID and a detailed explanation of your concern. Refunds that are approved will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment received, orders may only be cancelled by a ScribeLab Writer administrator.

7.1 Client Cancellation Requests

Clients cannot self-cancel orders through the dashboard. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@scribelabwriter.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Cancellation requests are reviewed within 1 business day.

7.2 Cancellation Outcomes

  • Cancellations requested before work has commenced will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations requested after work has commenced may receive a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed at the time of the request
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once work has begun and are granted at our sole discretion

7.3 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these Terms, is found to be fraudulent, or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the completed work, we strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating any payment dispute with PayPal or your bank. Our dispute resolution process is as follows:

Step 1: Raise a Dispute

Log in to your account dashboard and open a dispute on the relevant project. Provide a clear explanation of the issue and supporting evidence where possible.

Step 2: Review

Our team will review your dispute within 2 business days and may request additional information to understand your concern.

Step 3: Resolution

We will offer one of the following outcomes depending on the nature and evidence of the dispute: a free revision, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Step 4: Escalation

If you remain unsatisfied after our resolution attempt, you may escalate by emailing info@scribelabwriter.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

Initiating a payment chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us and completing Steps 1 to 3 may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Your License to Use Completed Work

Upon full payment of an order, ScribeLab Writer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed work for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any work produced by ScribeLab Writer, or share completed work publicly in ways that could enable academic dishonesty by others.

9.2 Our Rights

ScribeLab Writer retains the right to keep anonymized copies of completed work for internal quality assurance, specialist training, and service improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is retained in connection with anonymized work.

All content on the scribelabwriter.com website, including text, graphics, logos, brand identity, and design, is the property of Vetiver Intel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used to improve our services without any obligation or compensation to you.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services or website to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information or account details
  • Attempt to manipulate pricing, payment systems, or the order process
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means to access our website or systems
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse our staff, specialists, or other users
  • Upload malicious files, code, or content intended to compromise our systems
  • Impersonate any person, institution, or entity
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the website
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant legal authorities where required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScribeLab Writer, Vetiver Intel, and their respective directors, employees, contractors, and specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Specific limitations include:

  • We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or assessment results
  • We are not liable for any academic, professional, or institutional consequences resulting from your use of our materials
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures
  • We make no warranty that our website will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. ScribeLab Writer collects and processes personal data only as necessary to deliver our services. This includes your name, email address, order details, and payment confirmation information.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with any party other than our internal specialists and administrators involved in fulfilling your project.

All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store credit card or payment details on our systems.

By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at scribelabwriter.com/terms-of-service, with the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of our services before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pitt County, North Carolina, United States.

Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Pitt County, North Carolina and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent applicable.

Nothing in this section prevents ScribeLab Writer from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
